We raise Red Angus x Jersey beef cattle. Calves are born on pasture and live with their mothers and the rest of the small herd. Along with mother’s milk, cattle rotationally graze our organic, regenerative pastures and eat hay from our farm and the neighbour’s. When they are ready, cattle are transported and processed with care at an Ontario Approved inspected abattoir called Townsend Butchers. 

At every step for all our animals, Three Ridges Ecological Farm and the abattoir follow strict animal welfare and food safety protocols to ensure the health of the animals and safety of our customers.
